Shipping and Handling

Our products will be shipped to you USPS First Class unless otherwise noted. We use bubble mailers, not envelopes, to ensure that your parts arrive in as good of condition as when they left the factory. The parts ship from our centralized Colorado location, and in most cases take 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders $50 and over ship free. For the rest, the flat rate shipping is $3.27.
International Sales

Currently we are only able to ship our products to within the USA. Some of our sales outlets such as Amazon and eBay may be able to ship internationally.
Return Policy

We guarantee your product for life. No exceptions, no excuses. If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price minus the $3.27 shipping cost. Firearms are meant to last through generations, and our products are designed to never need replacement. After thousands of parts sold, only a handful have ever come back. And we gladly replaced them. Our parts don't have a lifespan, or replacement schedule. They will outlast you. Do you sell wholesale / I'm interested in carrying your products

We do sell our products to vendors and stores. If you are interested in information, please contact Jason at raveneyecustom@gmail.com
Do you sell raw / unpackaged parts to gunsmiths or manufacturers

We do. In fact currently we sell several of our products to other manufacturers to go in with their final products, or to be sold individually. We have agreed not to name these companies, but you would be surprised by how common our parts are. These types of sales are larger volume orders, so we don't sell the raw parts just a few at a time.
What forms of payment do you accept

We accept all major credit cards. In the checkout page you will have the choice to use the traditional credit card checkout, or to use Paypal. Our pages have a certified SSL and the checkout process is encrypted. If you want to pay using cash or a money order, this will need to be done by contacting us directly at raveneyecustom@gmail.com
What is your privacy policy

Your personal information will ONLY be used to respond to your questions, or when an order is placed. We do not sell it, rent it, or do anything that would otherwise violate your trust.
